1. Who we are

This website is operated by Aureon Alight LTD ("AUREON LIGHT", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We sell unisex skincare products, currently comprising a day cream, a night cream, an eye cream, and a serum. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, textures, and packaging accurately, but slight variations may occur between what you see on screen and the product you receive.

All products are described as accurately as possible, including key ingredients and intended use. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. If you have a known skin condition, allergy, or sensitivity, we recommend a patch test before first use and consulting a dermatologist if you are unsure.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation by email; this confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. A contract between us is only formed once we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Europe only. Standard delivery takes 4–5 business days from dispatch, though this may vary by destination and is not guaranteed. A flat shipping fee of €15 applies to every order. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs processes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer ordering from within the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and equivalent EU distance-selling rules.

To cancel, contact us within this period. You must then return the item(s) to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, in unused and resaleable condition where possible. We will refund the price paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply once a product's seal has been broken or the product has been used, except where the product itself is faulty.

6. Returns and refunds

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Product use and disclaimer

Our products are formulated for general cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always follow the usage instructions on the packaging. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product or failure to follow instructions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the AUREON LIGHT name, logo, product photography, and written copy — is owned by or licensed to Aureon Alight LTD and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or in the law. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
