Where we ship
Currently the UK and Europe only. We're not yet able to ship outside these regions — sign up to the Light List to hear when that changes.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive in 4–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and may vary with customs processing at your border.
Shipping cost
A flat shipping fee of €15 applies to every order. We do not currently offer free shipping.
Returns & the 14-day cooling-off period
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed, under UK/EU distance-selling rules. Contact us within that window, then return the item within a further 14 days in unused, resaleable condition. We refund the product price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your return. For hygiene reasons, this doesn't apply once a product's seal is broken, unless the product itself is faulty.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
